Yellow Fever Vaccination: Recommended in Ethiopia and Sudan
Malaria prophylaxis: recommended in Botswana, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia
However, we recommend that you check the updated situation with your doctor.
ACCOMMODATION: in standard rooms, as per itinerary.
LUGGAGE: due to the itinerary, please limit the weight to 20 kg (45 Lbs), preferably use soft bags and not hard suitcases.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Not included. Mandatory for medical assistance, repatriation, material and physical damage. We are not responsible for any material and physical damage during the tour
MEANS OF TRANSPORT: 4 × 4 vehicles, Addis Ababa-Karthoum flight, flat bottom ship for Nile cruise
All of our trips are designed to be flexible so that we can adapt to weather conditions, focus on the interests of the group and take advantage of the opportunities that arise once there.
Given the particularity of the trip, some parts may undergo changes due to unforeseeable factors and are based on unquestionable decisions of the local guide. The costs deriving from these changes will be borne entirely by the participants. Of course, the guide will do his best to adhere to the original program.

In case of cancellation, modification or delay of the flight schedule, the organizers will not be responsible for any changes, delays or disagreements and any costs they may incur. It is understood that the organizers will do their best to find solutions to any problems inherent in the trip

Costs related to delayed or lost baggage
Any items of a personal nature such as phone calls, laundry, etc.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation and the balance is due no less than 60 days before the guests arrive at their destination.
If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the full amount must be paid upon confirmation.
Failure to comply with these payment terms will result in automatic cancellation of the booking and all applicable cancellation fees will be charged. Reservations not guaranteed by a specific deposit will be released.
Please note that the invoice amount must be transferred to NET, with all bank charges at your expense.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation 90 days in advance, the deposit will be returned.
For any cancellation received after 60 days, the following conditions and cancellation fees apply:
89 – 30 days before departure – 30% of the cost of the tour
29 – 05 days before departure – 50% of the cost of the tour
04 – 00 days before departure – 100% of the cost of the tour
